There are many types of flowers to choose from when designing a decoration. A flower arrangement is always a good option to give color, joy, seriousness or solemnity to your event.
Not all flowers are appropriate for every type of celebration. The flower arrangements on the tables or the decorations in the scenery have to have a meaning and coherence with the theme of the event.
There are flowers for every type of event.
Formal events
In this category we introduce corporate events, congresses or conferences. In these, the most important thing is the interaction between the attendees or the attention to the speakers, so we must avoid using bright colors or that hinder the purpose of the event.
We will opt for small and discreet arrangements with soft and serene tones such as blue or white. A good example would be to use irises, gladiolas or violets for the blue-purple tones and tulips, orchids or lilies for the whites.
Fashion shows
For events where the design is the eye-catcher, we need to make sure the flowers are in line with the style of the show. For that, we will use soft tones for spring collections such as pink and white, green and red or pastel tones.
In the case of the fall collection, we will opt for darker colors between browns and dark greens and reds. The flowers that are best suited to parades are roses, hydrangeas or jasmine.
Red Carpets
On certain occasions we will have personalities or celebrities who need a dedicated space for the press, we will need a photocall with the sponsors of the event and we will decorate with elegant and formal arrangements, such as lilies or white roses.
Stands
There are cases where we need to create an environment that facilitates networking. This is where the workshops come in, where stands or meeting tables are designed to establish professional relationships between attendees. At these events we will design flower arrangements that are serious, serene and do not attract much attention, such as gladiolas or tulips.
Decoration for restaurants
When we have to offer dinners or lunches, we must decorate the space according to the theme of our event, also taking into account the style of the location. If it’s a wedding event we have a wider choice of colours but for a classic and elegant restaurant we will use blue and white tones. In the case of a rustic or country setting, browns will marry perfectly. Finally, in a modern location, we can play more with colors and offer reds or yellows.
